Hi, I’m Lisa —

the heart behind Live Lighter 204.

I’ve always had a natural ease connecting with people and a genuine interest in their stories. Writing and journaling have been my way of processing life, and connecting deeply with others has always come easily to me.

But it wasn’t always light. I’ve walked through some heavy days and come out the other side. I’ve spent the past 20 years doing deep personal work — peeling back layers, healing old wounds, and rediscovering who I truly am.

From the Floor to Fulfillment

Through the past 17, I’ve worked my way up in manufacturing to Production Manager — and somewhere along the way, I realized I was using work as a way to prove my worth. I kept giving everything I had, wondering why I still felt empty.

Then, within the past five years, life shifted. I met my fiancé, Justin, and three years ago, my two incredible stepchildren came to live with us full-time. Around that same time, I began working with my life coach, Angela Mann, who has been a huge part of my growth journey. Those experiences fast-tracked my healing and my self-awareness.

When I was let go from my last job, they told me there just wasn’t a place for me there. I’d heard that before — “You’re great, but we don’t really have a place for you.” And driving home that day, it finally clicked:
They didn’t have a place for me because it wasn’t my place..
