After 16 years in manufacturing and leadership roles, I had an epiphany when that chapter came to a close.
What fulfilled me most wasn’t managing systems or chasing metrics — it was helping people. Supporting them through change. Creating calm where there was chaos. And doing it all in a way that didn’t drain resources, time, or the planet.
That’s where Live Lighter 204 began — as both a home-organization business and a community-driven wellness collective.
Every space I work in, every person I meet, and every box we sort through has one goal: to make room for what truly matters.
